ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

 

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

 

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property.

 

PLACING YOUR ORDER

 

Find a product, click the "ADD TO CART" button, and choose your shipping destination. The system will automatically calculate and display the total amount of your order.  We won't ask you for any personal information until you're ready to check out.

 

Once you've finalized your list of products and you're ready to make a purchase, click the "CHECKOUT BUTTON" button and follow the billing instructions to complete your order.

 

We can deliver your order in the shortest time possible and keep you informed of its progress. You will receive an email message confirming our receipt of your order within minutes.

 

TRANSACTION CURRENCY

 

You can use the Currency Converter available in the web site to change the currency of the prices.

 

PAYMENT

OPTION A) CREDIT CARD

 

Once you have logged in as a customer, you can purchase products and choose PayPal option or as your payment option and you will redirect to the PayPal website and on PayPal payment page you can pay through credit card directly or if you have account with PayPal already you can login and pay securely.

 

OPTION B) CASH ON DELIVERY

 

This payment option is the simplest of all residing in UAE. You just need to prepare the total amount of your order in cash. As soon as we deliver your order, let our delivery staff receive the cash and we will give you invoice in return. 

 

This payment option is only available for U.A.E based customers.

 

SHIPPING

 

Since we provide tours in Dubai and other related packages which is not a physical product, all shipping by default is free, All goods must be signed for by an authorized person on delivery in case of physical product such as coupon or gift voucher.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

You are free to browse our web site anonymously without creating an account or providing any personal information. However, when you are ready to place an order, you will need to create an account. The information you provide will allow us to process your orders and advise you of your order status. RETURN POLICY

 

We pride ourselves in handling returns in a professional and expedient manner. 

 

If incorrect order / booking have been generated, you must notify us of the error within 3 days from time of your booking / oreder. We will arrange the incorrect booking to be returned to us and charges could be apply depend on your shipping address and booking value.

 

Please retain your Invoice/receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any refunds can be processed.
